Here are some examples:

  • Crispy roasted pork with potato or bread dumpling
    and mixed salad
  • Venison cream goulash with cranberries and home
    made egg-spätzle and mixed salad
  • Loin onion roast pork with croquettes and mixed salad
  • "Fitness-plate“ (pan-fried turkeysteak and season's
    salad with yoghurt-garlic-dressing)
  • Apricot dumpling with a sauce of different berries and
    whipped cream
  • Liver roasted with potatoes and mixed salad
  • Apfelstrudel

If you wish you can have extra small portions.


The cuisine is an eye and culinary delight:
Main dishes are the roasted liver and the garlic beefsteak with
the croquettes all served with mixed salad. The meat is from
the local region, but the herbs and the spices are still the secret
of the chef, Mr. Sepp Wenig, who is a butcher as well.
Very tasty is the venison cream roast, because the game is from
the surrounding forests.
