Here are some examples:

  • For Sunday lunch there is: roast pork or pork knuckle with bread and potato dumplings and a mixed salad
  • Goulash from young deer (local territory), with homemade butter spaetzle and cranberries
  • Loin onion roast pork with croquettes
  • "Fitness-plate“ (pan-fried turkeysteak and season's
    salad with yoghurt-garlic-dressing)
  • Kaiserschmarrn with apple sauce
  • Liver roasted with potatoes

If you wish you can have extra small portions.


The cuisine is an eye and culinary delight:
The meat is from the local region, but the herbs and the spices are still the secret of the chef, Mr. Sepp Wenig, who is a butcher as well.
